About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Architect to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Pega solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Pega solutions that meet business requirements
  • Lead the implementation of Pega projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and system design documents
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and best practices
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Pega development and implementation
  • Proven track record of delivering complex Pega projects
  • Strong understanding of Pega architecture and design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pega Lead System Architect certification
  • Experience with Pega Infinity and Theme-Cosmos
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
  • Experience with data modeling and database design
