We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Lead System Architect to join our team at Genesis10. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of Pega solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Pega solutions for multiple projects
  • Develop and maintain technical design documents for Pega implementations
  • Design and develop enterprise-class structures for Pega applications
  • Review and design integration, UI, agents, activities, and data migration strategies
  • Develop and maintain rule sets for Pega applications
  • Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails
  • Develop and maintain branching and release management strategies for Pega applications

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Pega development and implementation
  • Experience with Pega PRPC, Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, Data transforms, Agent and activity, Reporting, and Pega CLSA
  • Experience with Pega Case Design, Flows, and Management
  • Experience with Pega/PegaRules Process Commander PRPC and PEGA DCO
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end PRPC lifecycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging
  • Expertise in PRPC integration with external systems in an enterprise environment
  • Knowledgeable in estimation, performance tuning, and deployment processes
  • Experience with adopting PEGA applications with CICD tools and working in agile project delivery
