POSITION SUMMARY

Cromwell Architects Engineers is on the lookout for a Licensed Architect to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with a preference for design expertise in industrial, manufacturing, or federal government facilities.

Key Responsibilities


This role is ideal for driven individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. As a project leader, you will engage with both new and existing clients while contributing to the growth of our regional office.

You will also be involved in business development initiatives, community outreach activities, and mentoring junior staff as the team evolves.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing design documentation throughout the various phases of multiple projects, demonstrating leadership, problem-solving skills, and effective communication regarding project scope deviations.

Additionally, you will coordinate and facilitate design and project meetings with clients and team members.


Job Functions & Responsibilities

1. Oversee design documentation during design and construction phases.
2. Manage and produce content, products, and final design deliverables as necessary.
3. Present final designs to clients and key stakeholders.
4. Identify, communicate, and document any deviations in project scope.

5. Coordinate and lead design and project meetings with clients and the project team.
6. Foster and maintain client relationships.
7. Participate in project interviews.
8. Seek and recommend improvements in efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications

- Licensed Architect
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 7+ years of relevant experience
