Position Overview:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for the night shift. This role is integral to our expanding operations.

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Overseeing all facets of inventory management, material logistics, and shipping processes within the manufacturing environment, while enhancing inventory precision on the production floor.
  • Managing schedules and balancing workforce needs to ensure timely stock replenishment, shipment of finished products, and efficient processing of incoming materials.
  • Implementing and refining the cycle counting procedures, including conducting root cause analyses, ensuring data accuracy in ERP systems, and actively participating in annual inventory assessments.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing engineers to guarantee the effective operation of material handling equipment.
  • Executing standard supervisory responsibilities such as recruitment, training, process optimization, attendance management, performance evaluations, and ensuring safety within the logistics domain.
  • Monitoring and managing key performance indicators related to productivity, inventory turnover times, and safety metrics, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics team.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in supervising teams of 5 or more members.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, material handling, or logistics operations.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), along with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
  • Certifications in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
  • APICS certification.
  • Knowledge of Excel macros.
