As a Production Team Supervisor on the 2nd shift, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing team. Your leadership will guide a group of up to 25 union employees in achieving operational efficiency and maximizing production output.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage daily manufacturing tasks to ensure effective production processes.
- Assign work and provide clear direction to team members.
- Enforce company policies and conduct employee evaluations as necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments including Supply Chain, Quality, and Process Engineering to meet production goals.

Performance Metrics:
Accountability for key performance indicators such as TAKT time, efficiency rates, and overtime management.

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or military settings is advantageous.
