Role Overview
As a Manufacturing Team Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team responsible for creating high-performance transmissions and gearboxes that excite our customers and transform the aviation landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations for a team of up to 25 unionized employees, ensuring efficient and profitable production.
  • Assign tasks and provide direction to team members, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Implement disciplinary measures when necessary, adhering to the local production union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including TAKT, earned hours, efficiency, schedule adherence, overhead, and overtime.
  • Collaborate effectively with various functions such as Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Quality to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic leader who possesses:
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach and a sense of urgency.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Leadership, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing or military settings.
