Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing processes that enhance the efficiency of the supply chain to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Monitoring market trends and proactively addressing pricing challenges for strategic products.
  • Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to secure both short and long-term contracts.
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Evaluating current and prospective suppliers based on pricing, quality, service, and availability.
  • Collaborating with the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer to devise strategies that drive continuous improvement and reduce costs.
  • Overseeing systems to monitor and resolve discrepancies related to supplier invoices and quality issues.
  • Working closely with Operations and Marketing to forecast inventory needs and align production with customer demand.
  • Creating frameworks and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Implementing contingency plans to mitigate inventory losses.
  • Partnering with culinary and operations teams to leverage vendor resources effectively.
Reporting Structure and Location

This position is based in a central location and reports directly to the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer. Remote work options may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Professional Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, particularly within the restaurant industry.
  • Experience in a multi-unit operational environment is essential.
  • A proven track record of achieving exceptional business outcomes in competitive settings.
Skills and Competencies
