Food Delivery and Presentation:
Retrieve and present prepared dishes from the kitchen, ensuring they meet the restaurant's high standards for plating and presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to guarantee timely service to the correct tables and guests. Handle food with care to maintain quality and visual appeal.

Knowledge Base:
Have a comprehensive understanding of all menu items and promotions to effectively address guest inquiries. Memorize table and seat numbers to ensure accurate food delivery.

Expo Set-Up and Presentation:
Organize the expo area according to established guidelines, ensuring all elements are arranged for efficient service. Maintain cleanliness in all visible areas to uphold a pristine environment.

Guest Relations:
Build positive relationships with guests through personalized service and attention to their needs. Anticipate guest requirements and strive to exceed their expectations for memorable dining experiences.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct visual inspections of plated dishes to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards prior to serving. Notify kitchen staff or management of any discrepancies in food preparation.

Communication and Coordination:
Maintain effective communication with kitchen staff, servers, and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and guest satisfaction. Relay special requests or dietary restrictions to the appropriate personnel.

Compliance:
Follow all relevant regulations, hotel policies, and health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Continuous Improvement:
Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills. Attend daily pre-shift meetings as required.

Additional Duties:
Complete various daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned by management. This role may involve performing supportive tasks as determined by management based on the restaurant's needs.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role within a high-end dining environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and colleagues. A commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail is crucial. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:
Most tasks are performed indoors in a controlled environment. Must be able to work in varying temperatures, including extreme heat and cold. Ability to stand and move for extended periods, lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs, and perform various physical tasks as required.

Work Environment:
Must be able to function effectively in a dynamic environment, communicate effectively, and accept constructive feedback from supervisors. Adaptability to frequent changes in activity and the ability to manage interruptions are essential.
