The Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to the Program Director, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about community building and social impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Director, including document preparation, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Manage files and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Receive and screen visitors, correspondence, and telephone calls, routing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Assist in research and data compilation for reports and proposals.
  • Maintain filing systems and coordinate data entry.
  • Manage logistics for in-service trainings and community events.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Therapeutic Communities program activities.
  • Participate in community building functions and advocate for community needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
