We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Macro.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle administrative tasks to support the team.
- Record all visitors in the system, print visitor badges, and ensure access controls are followed.
- Inspect common areas hourly, complete the daily checklist, and report any issues to the landlord or Property Management Company.
- Report any security issues, such as lost property, baggage unattended, theft, or trespassers, immediately to the landlord or Property Management Company and Client.
- Responsible for maintaining the coffee machine, snack canisters, and office supplies to support general office activities.
- Liaise with supply vendors to submit orders and maintain inventory par levels for stationery and toner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant.
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and computer skills.
- Familiarity with telephony and meeting room booking systems.
- Organized and thorough, with the ability to prioritize workload when necessary.
- Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and flexibility to learn new client-specific applications.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 Annually
