Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Quick Service restaurant operations in the Savannah, Georgia area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, employee development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a salaried Restaurant General Manager in a Quick Service environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
