Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Triple Shift Entertainment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our venue, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify areas of concern and implement repairs and maintenance as needed to ensure the venue remains safe and well-functioning.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet company standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of facilities staff, including janitors and maintenance personnel, to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Emergency Response: Develop and implement procedures for responding to emergencies, such as weather-related events, and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with management and staff to ensure that facilities-related issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a facilities manager or in a related role, with a strong background in maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with a minimum of 50 pounds of lifting capacity.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field (e.g. facilities management, maintenance, or a related field) preferred.
