Pharmacy Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Oversee the processing of prescriptions, including patient registration, data entry, and medication preparation.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy operations, customer service, and team member engagement.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve business objectives and improve financial performance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred.
- At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
