Pharmacy Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pharmacy operations, including workflow, inventory, and customer service.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and cashiers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with pharmacy manager to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred.
- One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
