About the Role

As a US Federal Government Account Executive at Apple, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our ecosystem in the defense and intelligence sector. With a strong background in consultative selling and a deep understanding of the unique requirements of federal customers, you will work closely with our customers, partners, and solutions providers to become a trusted advisor on Apple hardware, software, and services solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the adoption of Apple solutions in the defense and intelligence sector through strategic partnerships and account planning.
  • Develop and implement account plans aligned to our customers' strategies, working closely with Inside Sales, Systems Engineers, resellers, carriers, and other strategic partners.
  • Build demand generation activities, identify new opportunities, accurately forecast, and coordinate fulfillment logistics.
  • Collaborate with our customers to understand their unique requirements and plans for innovation, and work closely with our internal teams to develop solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Approximately 10+ years of consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions to US Federal Government Defense & Intelligence Agencies.
  • Ability to align an organization's priorities, initiatives, and transformational goals to broadly engage customer executives at the department and IT levels.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strengths in relationship development/management, teaming across functions, deal making, and negotiations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 15+ years of consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions to US Federal Government Defense & Intelligence Agencies.
  • Experience leading or implementing strategic programs within the DOD or Intel Agencies.
  • Experience in encouraging executive relationships at DOD and Intel Agencies.
