Senior Account Executive Federal

Relativity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Federal team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the federal market.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with federal customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive sales growth
- Manage and document sales processes in Salesforce, providing regular updates on sales and renewal pipelines
- Coordinate resources and teams across the sales and account management cycle
- Build value-inspired business cases tailored to federal accounts
- Perform product demonstrations, sales presentations, and business review meetings with customer leadership
- Exceed sales quota by executing strategic account plans and generating, qualifying, managing, and closing expansion opportunities
- 5+ years of successful quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience in an enterprise software company
- Strong alignment with Relativity Core Values
- Solutions-focused with a track record of identifying areas for improvement and bringing solutions forward
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical approach to sales and account management processes
- Consistent success in territory planning, strategic account planning, and quota achievement
- Complex solution selling or customer success management experience
- Federal/DOJ experience
- eDiscovery and SaaS sales experience
Relativity offers competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation, including competitive cash on-target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range for this role is between $180,000 and $268,500.
The final offered OTE will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
