Senior Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team at K. Dixon Architecture, PLLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage design teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet client needs and goals
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Mentor and train junior designers to develop their skills and expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design excellence
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong track record of leading projects and teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
