Job Description:

The Senior Credit Analyst for TD SYNNEX drives the credit to cash cycle to facilitate product sales by analyzing customer creditworthiness and ability to pay. Responsible for collecting and managing accounts receivable, providing guidance and training within the Credit department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze customer financials using financial data, including balance sheets and income statements.
  2. Analyze trade payment reports and security agreements.
  3. Manage accounts receivable for a specified customer base, including collections and account reconciliation.
  4. Negotiate account receivable resolutions with customers.
  5. Manage credit lines for a specified market or customer base.
  6. Manage customer order release based on credit lines and account receivable status.
  7. Solve root cause issues disrupting the credit to cash cycle through partnership with sales and operational departments.
  8. Assist in training and mentoring Credit and Collection Analysts.
Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma with Credit Certification or Specialty Credit Experience/Training.
  2. 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  3. Proficient in English (level B2 or higher).
  4. Strong data entry skills.
  5. Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  6. Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  8. Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  9. Able to negotiate skillfully and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
  10. Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
  11. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
  12. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  13. Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  14. Able to be immobile for long extended periods.
  15. Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
  16. Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
  17. Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
  18. Able to use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level.
