Overview

The Tyndale Company, a privately-owned business and Top Workplace winner in Pennsylvania and Texas, is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will work closely with internal departments, management levels, customers, external legal partners, and other stakeholders to effectively manage customer contracts and agreements.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing redlines from the legal partner, ensuring timely responses to customer contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align contract language and data security language.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading, tagging, and making contracts searchable in the ContractWorks platform.
  • Proactive updating of policies and procedures related to data security practices is also expected.
  • This role requires effective collaboration with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
  • The specialist will have the opportunity to refine the company's contracts process, including elements such as ContractWorks Reporting and Streamlining Review Process.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, communication, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a law office, preferably with technical and legal documents.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are essential.
  • B-to-B or B-to-C experience is preferred, as well as data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required, with experience with ContractWorks or similar contract management systems a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
