Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Blair Hill Inn, a renowned Relais & Châteaux designated hotel and restaurant in Maine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating unique daily menus, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute daily menus that showcase our farm-to-table philosophy
  • Prepare and present consistently high-quality dishes that meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with our executive chef to achieve consistency and meet management standards
  • Lead and support the growth of our culinary team
Requirements
  • Experience as a line cook, sous chef, or similar role in a high-end restaurant
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and cookery skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Exceptional food safety and hygiene management
