Job Title: Seasonal Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Blair Hill Inn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with the FOH general manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a head chef in a fine dining restaurant
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Degree in Culinary Science or related field
