Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience and performance.
Job Summary:
This role involves providing technical support and assistance to clients in the medical device industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
- Document and track technical issues using Salesforce.
- Develop and deliver customer training programs.
- Analyze and report on technical trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
