Human Resources Manager

The Dahill Group is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of our clients HR function, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee and labor relations, and compliance with all applicable state and federal labor regulations.
This is a full-time position based in our Longview office, with a 9/80 and hybrid remote work schedule offered. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with department heads to recruit and onboard personnel required to deliver departments business objectives.
- Review our clients annual ECI compensation benchmarking report to identify trends and recommend actions to ensure our clients compensation package remains competitive.
- Provide annual merit raise recommendations to the Operating Company and Family Office Presidents.
- Manage our clients benefits plans for employees, retirees, and the family, including maintaining a working knowledge of the plans and external trends, liaising with TPAs and plan consultants, and facilitating periodic plan performance meetings.
- Maintain a working knowledge of state and federal regulatory and legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Work with department heads to identify sources of training for employees and follow-up to ensure training needs were met.
- Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention by working closely with management and employees.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective investigations, and provide HR guidance as needed.
- Monitor and analyze external trends/metrics and changes in employment law to recommend and develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.

This position requires periodic travel to our clients Carthage, TX field office, the company hangar, and work-related conferences. The salary range is $125,000 - $135,000 per year, with an annual target bonus of 10%. Benefits include 100% employer-paid health insurance, 401K employer matching, and a pension plan.
