The Business Office Director at ISL Employees, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the general administration of the human resource and accounting control systems, functions, and procedures for the property.

Daily, this role will perform Human Resource administrative duties, including staff recruitment, payroll, maintenance of personnel files, employee orientation, and facilitating general employee issues and inquiries as directed.

The Business Office Director will also perform, administer, and oversee the activities of the accounting functions, including daily deposit, daily census, accounts receivable/collections, accounts payable, and management reports.

Key responsibilities include sending resident billing statements, maintaining daily census, posting payments to residents' accounts, making bank deposits, and performing accounts receivable duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of two years' experience in accounting procedures, human resources, and payroll, as well as strong organizational skills.
