Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Liaison. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Assist customers with their banking needs, providing solutions to their problems and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Learn and understand all bank products and services to effectively communicate with customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Process new ATM/Debit card requests and existing card requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask, handle complex tasks efficiently, and possess strong organizational skills. They will also have the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of Mountain West Bank products and procedures.
- 6 months of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Jack Henry systems.
- Previous call center experience.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise levels. They will also be required to operate routine office equipment, including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators.
Physical Demands:The physical demands of this role include sitting, using hands in repetitive motions to finger, grasp, handle or feel, and talking or hearing. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, and lift or reach with hands and arms.
