In Durham, North Carolina, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse-Hospice to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic travel assignment setting.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Overview**: As a Registered Nurse-Hospice, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families during this challenging time.

**Key Responsibilities**:
* Provide direct patient care, including symptom management, pain control, and medication administration
* Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services
* Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and end-of-life care
* Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
* Current RN licensure in North Carolina
* 2+ years of experience in hospice or palliative care
* Strong clinical skills, with a focus on symptom management and pain control
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
* Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technologies
