Sales Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team at Thnks. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively manage your sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales quotas
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing
* Analyze and communicate customer feedback to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable strategies and processes

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
* Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Self-motivated team player with a collaborative and consultative style
* Salesforce experience preferred
* Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of sales principles, technologies, and processes
