Responsibilities
  1. Outreach and Relationship Building: Utilize introductions provided by the CEO to schedule and book meetings with other school districts in the vicinity.
  2. Sales Meetings: Accompany the CEO to sales discussions, effectively capturing key details, understanding the specific needs of each district, and offering insights where necessary.
  3. Sales Funnel Management: Efficiently move prospective clients through the sales funnel from initial contact to final deal closure, understanding the unique requirements and challenges of each district.
  4. Procurement and Compliance Navigation: Lead and assist with the complexities of district procurement processes, ensuring our solutions meet district standards.
  5. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and shifts in the education space, bringing back insights that can help enhance our offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales or account management role.
  • Experience in the education sector or with SaaS products will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for meetings and presentations.
  • Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
