Key Responsibilities- Client Care: Provide individualized nursing care to clients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient progress.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other licensed and non-licensed staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Medical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including nurses' notes and care plans.
- Medication Administration: Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Charting and Record-Keeping: Sign, date, and perform all charting, record-keeping, and care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Licensure: Current LVN or LPT license in the state of California.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse professionals and clients.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, with a professional attitude and commitment to excellence.
- Competitive Pay: $42.00 per hour.
