Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN to join our team at Sierra Health and Wellness. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation programs.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN will be responsible for overseeing detoxification processes, ensuring medical procedures are followed, and documenting patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals
  • Prepare and review medical records and nurses' notes to evaluate patient status
  • Administer medications and provide nursing care according to physician orders and facility policies
  • Document patient care and charting in accordance with established procedures
  • Provide exceptional individualized care and support to clients
Requirements:
  • Current LVN or LPT license
  • Basic computer skills and experience with EMR systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse professionals and clients
  • Commitment to the philosophy of recovery and client-centered care
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
