Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN to join our team at Sierra Health and Wellness Centers. As a LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our inpatient facility.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN will be responsible for overseeing detoxing clients, ensuring that all medical processes and operations are followed, and documenting patient care. This role requires a current, valid license to practice nursing and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals
  • Prepare and review medical records and nurses' notes to evaluate patient status
  • Provide nursing care according to physician orders, care plans, and established standards
  • Administer medications as ordered by the physician and document patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license or LPT license
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
