Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN to join our team at Sierra Health and Wellness Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN will be responsible for overseeing detoxification processes, ensuring medical procedures are followed, and documenting patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare and review medical records, ensuring accurate documentation of patient care.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, addressing physical and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
  • Current LVN license or LPT license.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse professionals and clients.
  • Commitment to our program's philosophy and values.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
