Join Our Team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN to join our team at Sierra Health and Wellness. As a LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to restore families, relationships, and self-worth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals
  • Prepare and review medical records and nurses' notes to evaluate patient status
  • Provide nursing care according to physician orders and established standards
  • Administer medications and perform charting and record-keeping duties
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
Requirements:
  • Current LVN license or LPT license
  • Basic computer skills and experience with EMR systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
