Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams in planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project managers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Perform site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety
  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes
  • Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Montana and/or Wyoming
  • 6-15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D and other engineering software
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Strong business development and marketing skills
