About This Role

This role will play a critical part in ensuring that civil installations meet the highest safety standards and contribute to the successful completion of our projects. As a key member of our project teams, you will work closely with engineers, contractors, and procurement personnel to address quality concerns and ensure consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and update quality documentation and procedures to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Serve as the main contact point for all field and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Report all QA/QC updates to leadership, customers, and additional teams as required.
  • Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget, and other established metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality-related information and update documentation accordingly.
Requirements
  • Experience in QA/QC processes, inspections, and audits.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with quality control methods, statistical process control, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards.
  • Effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
  • Collaboration is crucial in this role.
  • Valid, Active Driver's License.
  • Valid, Active DOT Medical Examiner's Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the electrical utilities industry; power distribution, renewable energy, or electrical construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related field.
