Job Summary

Guidehealth is a data-powered, performance-driven healthcare company dedicated to operational excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Data Coordinator - Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for working in a fully remote environment, virtually engaging with the company and team, and collecting quality measure data using various EMR systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be organized, and able to meet hard deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect quality measure data using various EMR systems.
  • Conduct proactive patient outreach initiatives to identify and address quality gaps.
  • Manage daily work using multiple systems and applications.
  • Pivot and adapt to optimize customer performance and quality earnings.
  • Communicate quality performances, barriers, and improvement strategies both internally and with customers.

Requirements
  • Bilingual Korean and English.
  • Associate degree or greater in a related field or certified/licensed professional.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Medicare Advantage Quality data abstraction and patient outreach.
