Key Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule patient examinations according to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient data into our information systems
  • Communicate scheduling changes to technologists to ensure high patient satisfaction
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of referring physicians and their contact information
  • Provide backup coverage for front office staff as needed
  • Pre-certify exams with insurance companies and verify insurance for same-day add-ons

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Proficient in using computer systems and typing
  • Able to handle high-volume phone calls in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Medical terminology and previous clinical business office experience
  • Bilingual
