Healthcare Compliance Manager

Hill Physicians Medical Group is seeking a skilled healthcare professional to serve as a Quality Management Nurse. This individual will be responsible for managing quality management and health resource management functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in utilization and quality management.
Key responsibilities include directing or overseeing preparation for health plan audits, establishing standards compatible with regulatory requirements, and working closely with HRM analysts to ensure updated letters are generated by the Authorization system. Additionally, the candidate will troubleshoot system issues related to Tapestry, FaxCom, and other authorization-related systems.
