Job Description

This Administrative Clerk position at Madison Square Senior Living involves providing administrative support to residents, administrators, and external agencies. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and organized records of resident documentation and licensing requirements.
  • Agency Communication: Communicate with external agencies regarding resident documentation, licensing requirements, and other regulatory matters.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments for residents, ensuring all necessary paperwork and information is prepared in advance.
  • Licensing and Compliance: Track and follow up on licensing documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.
  • Support to Administrators: Assist administrators in any other clerical tasks related to documentation, compliance, and agency communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or clerical experience is essential.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
