Recruitment and Compliance Manager

GrowthWise Search Partners is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting employee development initiatives, onboarding, recruiting, HR compliance, and performance management processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for conducting new employee orientations, managing the onboarding and offboarding process, and ensuring that company policies are up-to-date in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, selection, and offer process. The successful candidate will also assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support employee development initiatives, onboarding, recruiting, HR compliance, and performance management processes
* Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding and offboarding process
* Ensure company policies are updated in accordance with labor laws and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in HR, preferably in a generalist role
* Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
* Competitive base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, plus incentive bonus potential
