Responsibilities:

This Senior Account Manager position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue and unit targets
  • Managing channel inventory levels for optimization
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize marketing dollars and activities
  • Presenting to internal and external stakeholders, requiring public-speaking skills

We require a skilled sales professional with experience in the HVAC industry and its various channels. A minimum of 7 years of sales experience, including experience leading and managing manufacturer rep firms and distributor territory managers, is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, time management, and multi-state territory management is also required. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of business acumen, thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $11,000-$12,000 USD, considering factors such as skillset, experience, and geographic location. Up to 60-70% travel may be required.
