Senior Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities in assigned geographies.
Responsibilities- Update customer databases regularly to ensure accurate client information is provided to the sales team.
- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to drive sales goals achievement.
- Assess and refer qualified leads to inbound sales representatives for conversion into clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned geographies to expand our clientele.
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline through follow-up communication via email, phone calls, or other suitable channels.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- A valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car for business purposes.
- Strong time management, communication, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a supportive work environment, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
