Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our Urgent Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our doctors and nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Triage patients and prioritize their care
  • Perform catheter placement and venipuncture
  • Obtain and report vital signs, prioritize patient treatments, and delegate tasks as needed
  • Recognize changes in patient status and report to the doctor
  • Utilize imaging modalities, including radiographs and ultrasound
  • Administer and monitor patients for anesthetic/sedation procedures, with a preference for dental experience
Requirements
  • 2+ years of clinical experience, with anesthesia experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge and practical application of basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Weekend availability required
