Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to join our team at Flagstaff Bone and Joint. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages, and provide general administrative support
- Manage patient schedules, appointments, and records
- Process referrals, medical records, and test results
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Assist with and/or relay patient requests/questions to clinical staff
- Monitor provider schedules to ensure scheduling accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or patient services setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
