Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to join our team at Flagstaff Bone and Joint. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages, and provide general administrative support
  • Manage patient schedules, appointments, and records
  • Process referrals, medical records, and test results
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Assist with and/or relay patient requests/questions to clinical staff
  • Monitor provider schedules to ensure scheduling accuracy
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or patient services setting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
