The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient access services, ensuring seamless registration and scheduling processes, and providing expert support to internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advanced patient access services, including registration, scheduling, and financial counseling.
- Support internal departments with training and education on patient access processes.
- Act as an expert resource for clinical departments, providing guidance on registration and scheduling processes.
- Assist with revenue cycle support, including analysis of reports and identification of areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EMTALA and HIPAA-Privacy Patient Confidentiality regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Patient Services or related Revenue Cycle job roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related medical field preferred.
