Job Overview

LaTasha Johnson - State Farm Agent is seeking a skilled Producer to identify opportunities and build long-lasting customer relationships. As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will leverage your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and market relevant products or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
  • Utilize your expertise in State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Employ a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
