Renal Care Team Lead

As a Charge Registered Nurse at Innovative Renal Care, you will play a vital role in leading our hemodialysis team and providing day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in promoting positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the hemodialysis team and provide direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff.
- Promote positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers.
- Use tactful and appropriate communications in all work-related interactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred; three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Dialysis experience preferred.
