About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager and Site Lead to join our team at Huntington Ingalls Industries. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership to our Warner Robins team and managing multiple program managers and personnel in support of US Government customers and their activities within the Department of Defense (DoD).

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving business goals and growth targets, developing assigned personnel, and serving as the primary point of contact for HII to assigned customers.
  • Directly contribute to the definition and implementation of company strategy within the Warner Robins market.
  • Lead the profit and loss of a large complex program/office, directing all phases of programs from inception through completion.
  • Responsible for serving multiple customers requiring developing and managing plans across several subcontractors.

Requirements

  • 8 years relevant and progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or 12 years with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A leader that drives successful results with and through others.
  • Great collaborator and team player that excels in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading an engaged, diverse, and inclusive culture.
  • Prior experience managing Air Force programs and/or an understanding of Air Force logistics.
  • Active secret security clearance.
