Hospice Care Assistant

As a Hospice CNA at Gentiva, you will provide compassionate care to patients in need. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and administering medication as directed by the nurse. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients. Additionally, you will document patient care activities accurately and timely.
