About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education to join our team as a Nursing Education Coordinator, Nephrology. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for nurses, promoting evidence-based practice, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff, including workshops, lectures, and online modules
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create educational content and resources
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to new graduate nurses and nursing students
  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the organization

Requirements



  • Masters degree in Nursing or related field required
  • Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board
  • Four years of nursing experience, including one year of teaching experience
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • MSN in Nursing Education preferred
